All jewelry and tools are autoclave-sterilized to eliminate microorganisms (including hepatitis and HIV). Initial piercing jewelry is implant-grade surgical steel or titanium - materials commonly used in medical and dental settings and suitable for people with metal sensitivities.

Turning may cause bacteria or crusty matter to enter the piercing.
Wash, dry and leave it alone.
